How this website handles your information.
Who to contact
BLUE RINGED — Media & Production is responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. For questions or requests about your information, contact hello@blueringed.media.
Project enquiries
If you use our form, we collect your name, email, chosen services, timing and the information you include in your brief. Please avoid sensitive personal information. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss a possible collaboration, including steps you request before entering a contract.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website’s restricted administration area and an email notification is sent to our business inbox. Our hosting and email providers process technical data as part of these services. Website enquiry records are automatically deleted after 90 days; email correspondence may be retained while a request or resulting collaboration remains active. You can contact us to ask about or request removal of your information.
Technical information and motion preferences
The server may record technical connection information for operation and security. The form uses a short-lived, keyed identifier to limit repeated submissions; the application does not retain your IP address with the enquiry. Motion preferences and navigation animation state are stored in your browser’s session storage. This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics through its theme. WordPress uses necessary authentication cookies for administrators.
Spam protection with reCAPTCHA
When you interact with the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads to assess whether the submission is legitimate. Google processes technical browser and interaction data and may set a security cookie. We send the response token to Google for verification before accepting the enquiry. The script is not loaded on other public pages. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. If you prefer not to use this service, contact us by email.
External websites
Links to YouTube, Sport Zone Club and other websites open those services. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. YouTube players are not embedded by this website.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and where applicable restriction, objection or portability, by emailing us. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Website security
Wordfence helps protect the website and administrator login. It may process IP addresses, requested URLs and security events, and communicate with its security service. These security logs are separate from project enquiries. More information is available in the Wordfence privacy policy.
